AI Trust Record, Sample page 1 of 3, cover (Scenario): Scenario: an AI agent answers customer requests and triggers refunds.
Original sample page · Scenario

What you receive

A signed decision on one AI system, with the ETHORITY AI Trust Chain, a register of facts and open points, and a 90-day trigger list.

The AI system the decision is about (if you can name it), the person who will make the decision and the documents you already have. For a system already in use, ETHORITY works from approved exports, interviews, checks it prepares for your team to run, or access limited to the review – whichever you prefer. ETHORITY records missing information as open and assesses what it means for the decision.

The ETHORITY Promise

The ETHORITY Promise

We make the value clear. We take responsibility for our delivery. We make results transparent.

  • A specific expected outcome, with its basis and assumptions.
  • Defined deliverables, price, timing and acceptance criteria.
  • Supporting evidence, accountable ownership and measurement where included.

You receive a clear recommendation, an agreed delivery commitment and transparent results. We explain the value you can expect, the basis for that assessment and what ETHORITY takes responsibility for.

Expected value
You make a clear, reasoned decision on one AI system – pilot, redesign, expand or stop – and you know who is accountable for outcome, data and approval.
Your deliverable
A signed decision with the ETHORITY AI Trust Chain, a register of facts and open points, and the triggers that reopen the decision within 90 days.
Responsibility
ETHORITY reviews the documents and evidence for the named system in the standard scope and states the conditions under which the decision holds.
Evidence
Every statement is tied to its source; open points are listed in the register with what each means for the decision.
Price
standard scope €4,500 plus VAT, one-time
Delivery

The value receipt runs through the whole assignment: the expected value before you order, then the agreed commitment, and the proof on delivery.

  • One clear decision on one AI system: pilot, redesign, expand or stop.
  • The ETHORITY AI Trust Chain shows who answers for outcome, data and approval.
  • A 90-day trigger list names the events that reopen the decision.

What you receive

  • The Trust Record with the decision: pilot, redesign, expand or stop, and the conditions for each.
  • A visual ETHORITY AI Trust Chain linking outcome, owner, data, AI component, human authority, evidence and required review.
  • A register of facts, evidence, assumptions and open points.
  • An owner and authority map.
  • Decision conditions and a short next-step and review plan with a 90-day trigger list.

Who it is for

A business owner about to extend an AI system to customers or colleagues, or to spend more on it. Typical cases: a vendor agent in customer service, an assistant connected to internal documents, an AI step inside an HR or finance process. For a whole portfolio rather than one system, see the AI Estate Audit.

The question it answers

Can we use this AI system for this purpose, with clear responsibility, adequate evidence, known limits and an agreed review path?

How it works

  1. 1

Scope Scope and acceptance agreed; you name one system, one accountable owner and one operational contact.

  2. 2

Intake Context session; you share the material you have. Missing information is recorded as an open point, so you can start without complete documentation.

  3. 3

Review ETHORITY researches provider, model, product and public evidence independently and reviews purpose, boundaries, data, dependencies, authority and review triggers.

  4. 4

Decide ETHORITY builds the Trust Record, holds the decision session with you and hands over the 90-day review trigger list.

Questions buyers ask

Do we need complete documentation?

Start with what you have: missing information is recorded as an open point and becomes part of the decision conditions.

What counts as complex scope?

Several providers, sensitive data or material customer impact. It is quoted separately after scoping.

How does the Record differ from a certificate?

It is a decision with its evidence and conditions, signed by a named person and tied to a 90-day review trigger list.

What comes after a "pilot" decision?

The AI Trust Pilot uses the Record as its starting structure.

Which systems qualify?

Any named AI system or AI-enabled process you use or plan to use, from a vendor tool in the ETHORITY Registry to an in-house agent.

ETHORITY · LONG READ

Before you depend on an AI system, write down why you trust it.

Most AI systems are approved on a demo and a contract. When something changes, nobody can say what the decision rested on.

An AI system you depend on deserves a written decision: when something changes, you see at once what it rested on.

Companies rarely decide to trust an AI system. They drift into it. A vendor agent handles more customer questions each month; an assistant gets connected to another folder; an HR tool adds a scoring feature with an update. At each step, someone could have asked whether the original reasons still hold. Usually nobody did, because the reasons were never written down.

The AI Trust Record writes them down for one named system. It asks a single question: can we use this system for this purpose, with clear responsibility, adequate evidence, known limits and an agreed review path? The answer is one of four decisions, pilot, redesign, expand or stop, each with its conditions.

The core of the Record is the ETHORITY AI Trust Chain. It links the outcome the system should deliver to the accountable owner, the data it uses, the AI component, the human authority over it, the evidence for each claim and the review that is due. When one link is weak, the chain shows where. That is more useful than a score, because it points to what to fix.

Evidence is handled the way the insight on vendor claims recommends: provider statements stay provider statements, and ETHORITY's research on the provider, model and product is kept separate from your internal material. Work starts with the documents you have. Missing ones become open points and, where they matter, decision conditions.

The Record ends with a 90-day list of review triggers: a vendor term change, a new data source, a new user group. When one of them happens, the decision reopens with its history intact. That is what lets a business owner extend a system with confidence rather than by drift.
