Governance starts with knowing what AI does in your organisation. This orientation helps identify gaps to discuss with qualified advisers.
A short orientation check
Unmarked items identify information to establish before a readiness assessment. This is not a risk classification or legal result.
Technical and organisational orientation, not legal advice. Check current duties and deadlines against official sources for the actual system and use. Your choices remain in this page.
A category does not classify your system
Annex III lists areas of potentially high-risk use. A market category can help locate questions, but the actual intended purpose, role, context and legal conditions need a separate assessment. A provider’s country or a certificate statement does not settle that assessment.
A board, auditor or works council asks for an AI Act position, but the company has no complete register. The sprint turns scattered information into a reasoned technical and organizational assessment and a practical roadmap.
An AI policy is ineffective if nobody can say who approves a new tool or keeps the register current. Governance Setup builds the roles, decision rights and evidence process around the organization.
