Assessments
If work has not materially started, requests may be reviewed for partial or full refund eligibility.
Delivered Outputs
Completed custom reports, trust artifacts, or executed digital deliverables may be non-refundable once delivered.
Subscriptions
Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods. Prior active periods remain payable.
Case Handling
Reasonable issues are reviewed in good faith. Our goal is long term trust, not friction.
